Order Acceptance

The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell. We shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock & available at the prices specified.

If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order.

Modifications to The Product And Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the product (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the product.

Shipment and Delivery

Upon confirmation of payment your item will be processed for shipment within 1-3 working days. Delivery within UAE will take from 1-3 working days. A tracking code will be issued to the email you registered with. We will not be held responsible for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided. Delivery information such as Customers Name, Location Address and Contact Number will be stored for delivery purposes. Other personal identifiable information will not be stored.

If you for any reason refuse delivery, or are unavailable or unable to take the time despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your item will be returned to haer and you will be charged for the unpaid duties, taxes & additional shipping costs.

Exchange and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that you opt to purchase the sample box first.

Defective Goods

Although we are very thorough in checking all items before it is dispatched, if you do receive a damaged item, please let us know by email at info@haer.ae quoting your Order Number, the description of the damage and if an image/video. Please note that any claim for damaged goods or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.

Once we receive this request, we will confirm & dispatch a courier to collect the item. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you with a new estimated dispatch date of the replacement. You will not be charged for the shipping fee of the replacement item If the item is not available in stock, refund will be processed, within 15 to 30 days

Cancellation Policy

After a customer makes a payment online, they must cancel the order within 24 hours (1 day) by sending us an email with Order Number, Name and Mobile Number.

Payments

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in the AED (Emirati Dirhams). If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment methods, then the details on the Customers ID (Card holder’s ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase. We accept cash on delivery limited to UAE only.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks & authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For ‘first-time’ online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.

By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing.
